Gold and Silver medalist ‘The World Games’, Female Red Bull Art of Motion World Champion. 5 times National Champ.
They call me one of the youngest Pro Parkour/Freerunning Athletes out there. My style is flowy, fast and with hard difficult tricks and jumps.
I am part of the National Dutch Team and represent the Netherlands in Parkour and Freerunning at the World Cups.
(born 11 December 2004) im a Dutch freerunner and traceur, two-time medalist at the World Games and won multiple world championship titles. Preparing myself to be top fit for the sport to become Olympic, i'm determent to take home a medal for my country.
With the support of Red Bull, adidas, Technogym and Breitling I hope to inspire the world with stunning content doing my sport on some of the most beautiful places in the world. While traveling I give parkour workshops to the local communities and often judge nationals in several countries.
Parkour is not my sport it’s my way of living, I hope to inspire more people to try this amazing sport.
Career
My major milestone was in 2021. I was allowed to participate in Red Bull Art of Motion, something I had been dreaming of since I was ten years old. And then it got better: I won Red Bull Art of Motion 2021. From that moment on, my career and passion took off at a fast pace.

Dutch Championships females at the age of 12, Gold medal.
2017
Silver
World Championship Sweden | too young (13 years old), but to her surprise she was allowed to participate in the adult competition. This was thanks to a video of her skills, which she sent to the organization. 2nd place Style.
2018
2x Silver
Project Underground England | Here she took silver in the category up to 17 youth. There was no separate girls competition so she had to participate with the boys.
